You may apply by providing percentage marks obtained upto pre final year/Semester. Your final selection in NTPC is subjected to submitting final Year/Semester Marksheet and Provisional certificate. Also the aggregate marks should not be less than minimum qualifying percentage marks. |

Ans. |
No as the TA claims limited to 2nd class rail fare are payable for the shortest route between current address as provided during online registration and the nearest exam center. Further TA claim is payable only to SC/ST and Physically challenged candidates on production of ticket. |

You can fill up the 7th semester’s %age marks in the 4th cell. If 7th Semester result is not yet declared, you can wait since Website for Online registration will remain open till 22nd Feb-08. If it is unlikely that the result would be out by 22nd Feb or your institute has year system instead of semester system, than you can fill appearing and keep on filling the form, system will take the average of first three years only. If you belong to General and OBC category than your candidature is subject to the condition that the average of all semester/years should not be less than 65% |
